Halloween Extravaganza — COPPA Privacy Notice

We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and safeguarding children's personal information:

Information Collected: We collect the child's name, costume title/description, uploaded costume photograph, and the parent/guardian's consent record solely for the Kids category costume contest.
How Information Is Used: The child's costume photo and display name are shown to event participants on the Halloween Extravaganza ballot and live event leaderboard for voting.
No Third-Party Sharing & Post-Event Purge: Children's information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties, EXIF metadata is stripped upon upload, and all photos and records are permanently deleted during the post-event data purge.

Privacy Policy / COPPA Acknowledgement: I have read and acknowledge the Halloween Extravaganza Privacy Policy and COPPA Privacy Notice, and I consent to the collection and display of my child's information for this event.
