By entering the Halloween Extravaganza application, you agree to participate fairly. Each registered guest is permitted one (1) official vote per costume subcategory and one (1) vote for Best Cabana Decor.
Photos uploaded to the costume contest will be displayed on the live event ballot and leaderboard for attendees to view and vote on during the event. Uploaded images are automatically stripped of EXIF/location metadata for your privacy.
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we are committed to protecting the privacy of children under the age of 13:
All participant names, votes, consent records, and uploaded photos are retained only for the duration of the Halloween Extravaganza event and are permanently purged following the conclusion of the event.
